For example, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that key pollutant discharge units should set up automatic monitoring equipment in accordance with relevant state regulations to ensure their normal operation and regularly publish relevant information to the public; The Notice on Further Improving the Comprehensive Management of Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises clearly points out that the behavior of excessive emission of VOCs must be resolutely investigated and dealt with, and accountability should be seriously pursued.

Third, advocate a low-carbon lifestyle and create a good ecological environment atmosphere

In addition to reducing pollutant emissions from the source, each of us should also actively participate in energy conservation and emission reduction activities, such as traveling by public transport, using energy-saving electrical products, participating in afforestation and so on. Government departments will also hold various publicity activities regularly to raise the environmental awareness of the whole people. For example, during the Sixth Five-Year Plan period in World Environment Day, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and other departments jointly launched the theme practice activity of "Beautiful China, I am an actor", aiming at guiding the broad masses of people to practice a simple, moderate, civilized and healthy lifestyle.
