Social and environmental problems are increasingly prominent, especially air quality, which has become one of the important factors restricting the sustainable development of cities. Faced with this challenge, it is particularly urgent to build an efficient, scientific and comprehensive air treatment comprehensive innovation system. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to jointly promote the development of air pollution control in China through technical innovation, policy guidance and social participation.
First, technological innovation leads to change
1. Intelligent monitoring and early warning: establish an online monitoring network of air pollution sources covering the whole country by using the Internet of Things technology to realize real-time tracking and accurate positioning of emissions in key areas and industries; At the same time, an intelligent forecasting model based on big data analysis is developed to provide scientific basis for government decision-making.
2. Clean energy replaces traditional energy: speed up the development and utilization of renewable energy such as wind energy and solar energy, and reduce the pollutant emissions caused by fossil fuel consumption; Encourage and support the development of new energy automobile industry, and gradually phase out vehicles with high fuel consumption and high emissions.
3. Optimization and upgrading of industrial production process: popularize new technologies and processes of energy conservation and emission reduction, implement clean transformation projects in industries such as steel, chemical industry and electric power, and reduce energy consumption per unit output value and pollutant emission intensity.
Second, improve laws and regulations and strengthen supervision
Formulate and improve relevant legal systems, clarify corporate environmental protection responsibilities, and increase illegal costs; Establish and improve the inter-departmental cooperation mechanism, strengthen environmental law enforcement, and ensure the effective implementation of various policies and measures.
Iii. Raising public awareness and calling for action
Improve citizens' environmental literacy and enhance their enthusiasm for participating in air pollution prevention and control; Popularize the concept of ecological civilization through media propaganda and public welfare activities, and form a good atmosphere for the whole society to care for and support atmospheric governance.
To sum up, air control is a complex and long-term task, which requires the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and the public. Only when scientific and technological innovation becomes the core driving force, laws and regulations play an effective normative role, and the broad masses of the people actively participate in it, can we truly usher in a bright future of "sky blue, land green and water clear". Let's go hand in hand and keep moving forward on this promising road!
